All of my bears are made solely for collectors. Due to small parts, they are not suitable for children.
Every effort has been made to ensure an accurate representation of the bear on my website. However, please be aware that different computer monitors can show a slight variance in colour.
Shipping
Bears will be posted on receipt of cleared funds
Postage to the UK:
- 16inch and over – £20.00
- 15inch and under – £12.00
- 9inch and under – £6.50
Postage to the rest of the world:
- 16 inch and over – £40.00
- 15inch and under – £30.00 (if under 2kg)
- 9inch and under – £15.00
Please Note: Custom charges (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
If you change your mind and wish to return a bear please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your bear. Postage costs are non- refundable.
Bears must be returned within 7 days of receipt in as new condition at the expense of the customer. The parcel must be insured for the full value of the bear as we will not accept liability for items missing, or damaged in post.
Layaway
I offer my customers a layaway service for those bears that steal your heart when you may not have the full amount to purchase the bear at that time. I am happy to reserve your bear if this better suits your finances.
You can pay in two or three monthly payments, the first being a non-refundable deposit of £50. The bear will be sent after it has been paid for, in full, including postage. Please contact me if this appeals to you. I will get back to you about how the layaway plan works.

Commissions
I do accept commissions, so if you see a previously adopted Bear you’d love to own, or have something special in mind, please contact me. I am happy to take on these requests.
